2010, in Morocco. Tama, 9-year-old girl, is sold by her father in the hope of securing a brighter future for her. A Franco-Moroccan woman, Mejda, buys her and takes her to Paris to work as a domestic slave.

The series was adapted from the eponymous novel, “Toutes blessent, la dernière tue” (They all hurt, the last one kills), by Karine Giebel, that has sold 50,000 copies in hardback (paperback release in autumn 2019).
